A quick and easy recipe for delicious bites with a matcha twist! In this recipe we use crackers, goji berries, marshmallow and pistachios, however feel free to substitute any of these with something else of your choice. For example instead of pistachio you could use other type of nuts like almonds or hazelnut. Instead of goji berries you could add cranberries or even candied ginger, and so on!
- 5g - The Zen Tea Emerald Matcha
- 50g - Unsalted butter
- 140g - Small marshmallow
- 8g - Milk powder
- 130g - Ritz original cracker
- 50g - Goji berries
- 30g - Chopped pistachios
METHOD:1. Melt unsalted butter in a large non-stick saucepan over low heat. Add the marshmallows and cook gently until they are completely melted.
2. Add milk powder and The Zen Tea Emerald matcha powder, stirring constantly until all blended. Take the pan off the heat and immediately add roughly crushed crackers and goji berries, mixing lightly until all well coated.
